2. Safety. Freedom. New Life. When Rehabilitation Ends and Personal Growth Begins.

Training Programme for Women – Victims of Domestic Violence (Part 2)

If you are struggling with this problem, this course is for you

As a result of the training, you will:

  • learn to recognise and regulate your emotions;
  • experience reduced anxiety, fear and guilt;
  • strengthen your self-esteem and restore your sense of self-worth;
  • acquire skills for establishing healthy boundaries in relationships; • receive tools to prevent returning to toxic relationships.

The programme may be expanded with additional topics upon participants’ request.

Equally important, you will:

  • learn about the challenges and successes of other participants;
  • find yourself in a circle of understanding and supportive people;
  • be able to help yourself and others.

As part of the programme, participants who have completed the full course may be offered a group learning mobility under the Erasmus+ programme. It offers a chance to explore how other countries support survivors of violence, learn about women’s health, digital safety, and gain inspiration for personal growth.
The mobility strengthens confidence, expands life skills, and helps participants apply what they have learned in their own lives and communities.

Feedback excerpts: “This mobility gave me the confidence to truly begin a new life.”“For the first time, I felt supported not only in my own country but beyond it.” “The mobility became a real step toward freedom and inner recovery.”

The selection of participants will follow the Erasmus+ criteria for individuals with fewer opportunities, including confirmed social or emotional vulnerability, experience of violence or crisis, limited resources, and the need for additional support.

The selection process will also take into account:

  • the participant’s expectations and their alignment with the objectives of the learning mobility,
  • the willingness to apply the acquired knowledge and skills in personal life and within the community,
  • motivation for personal growth and recovery,
  • readiness to travel within the required timeframe and comply with programme requirements.

Priority will be given to participants for whom taking part in the mobility represents an important step toward strengthening psychological resilience, expanding life opportunities, and meaningfully integrating the learning outcomes.
